General Training Notes
Having the full force of the Light in your Life

Working with Students
Mail the manual well in advance to give the student enough time to become familiar with the material. Ask your student to thoroughly study the material and have any question ready for your training session.

To have the highest energies available during your training session (over the phone, in a chat or via e-mail correspondence) invoke the Divine Tuning Fork. Begin your training by becoming familiar with the student. Get to know his intentions. Does your student want to teach or simply work with clients? Getting to know your students goals will help you personalize your training to the needs of your student.

The training has always two major parts, which are the manual and the attunement. You do not have to reinvent the wheel - refer to the manual for all Lightarian training. Highlight the key points as you go through the manual of the Lightarian M-Ray ™ Manual. Answer all upcoming questions during the training, and most important be available to your students after the training as well. You remain your student's teacher. Should you be unclear about any asked question, you can always refer back to your own teacher for clarification. Helping others to have the full force of the light in their live
Training work
First - regarding the use of the Manual As you begin to train others, you, as teacher, will be the facilitator of the material. Just let the Manual do the training! However, you will still need to create your own style of facilitation as you work with the Manual. It's not about being a "perfect" teacher but about being an effective facilitator of the material.

Second - regarding the Attunement Our best advice is to just "get out of the way" for the meditation attunement. You will simply be the link ~ creating the purest possible linkage for your student with Ascended Master St. Germain when passing the attunement. So just allow yourself to be a clear conduit for St. Germain to do the activation and energy work ~ and intend and allow your Higher Self to assist in the process

As a Lightarian Manifestation Ray™ Teacher and Practitioner, embodying these two ideas will allow you to share this work clearly and effectively.

Remind your students to fill out the Registration Form and mail it to you. Overview the process and register them properly with the Lightarian Institute.

Mail an appropriate Certificate to your student upon completion of the training/attunement.

Providing information to clients
Please provide appropriate background information about the Lightarian M-Ray™ to your clients, along with guidelines to prepare them for the attunement. This is especially important for remote attunements! You will find a sample Client Information Sheet in your manual, which you can copy for your clients. You may also choose to include some appropriate discussions about the client's spiritual needs and interests and, of course, answer any specific questions about the information you have provided.

Setting the energies for working with clients

  • Energetically prepare yourself and the spaces you work in well in advance of the session, intending that everything be fully sealed and protected.
  • Invoke the highest level of your Higher Self energies and specifically the presence of St. Germain to participate from the etheric to assist you during the training and while passing on the attunement.
  • To ensure the effectiveness of your passing on the attunement, intend that you be a pure and clear conduit for the empowering energies of St. Germain for this process.
  • You may also invite and anchor in other supportive energies, such as your highest vibrational guides, any of the Ascended Masters, the Archangels, or other spiritual Beings that you would like to work with.
  • Intend to serve the client's highest and greatest good, as well as the highest and greatest good of all involved and set any other intentions, if appropriate.
