Cellular Healing & Releasing of Fear Our Cells have memory just like a computer. Every experience we ever had be it good or bad, is stored in the memory of each cell. The time has come to clear out our cellular memory; to release and let go of all the fearful memory which is locked in in our cells since aeons of time. We still have a choice. There is nothing we are forced to do.

However our sweet Mother Earth is ascending and if we are ready to ascend with her we will be willing do release those old stuffy fearful memories and welcome the help we gracefully get from the Ascended Masters by simply opening up and asking for their assistance.

New Programming
Once that old memory is released our cells are ready to receive the new programming of pure joy, happiness, love and light. As we are moving at a very rapid speed in spiritual terms it is important to keep our physical vehicle in shape, healthy and fit. Many Light Beings offer helpful advice on how to achieve this.

Ashtar Command: " I recommend a vigilant regime of daily meditation, a simple, healthy diet and plenty of fresh air and exercise. I sound like a parent no doubt, but your physicality calls for just that - this is how you are designed. These things will help you assimilate the cellular changes going on and the massive amounts of high frequency energy input directed into your atmosphere at all times by the Hierarchy. Remember that you are moving constantly towards a new placement in the heavens, which adds to the physical complications. "
