Karuna - The Way of the Heart

The word Karuna has it's origin in Sanskrit, meaning compassionate action. We've come to realize that we are all One. And it is from that Oneness that we reach out to others, recognizing all as our brothers and sisters in Spirit. In using Karuna we let all energies flow through the heart. We now offer our healing touch from our connection to God, the Source of All There Is, with love and compassion.

We are blessed to have a holy being walking among us who teaches the highest level of love and compassion by means of his living and being.

There is a distinct difference in the feeling of the Karuna energy. On one hand it helps us to feel more grounded, on the other hand increases the awareness to the presence of our guides, healing angels, our Higher Self and the Ascended Masters. As above - so below. As within - so without.

The hightened energies of Karuna will also propel you into another deep cleansing and release. Particularly it is said that Karuna has a deep influence on the transcending of the shadow self (also called lower self or negative ego) and bringing up all suppressed feelings, emotions, fears and resentments in order to be healed.
