Call forth to your Mighty I Am Presence for your double merkabah. Spin the inner merkabah in a clockwise manner from left to right. Spin the outer merkabah in a counterclockwise direction from right to left. The spinning of the merkabahs in opposite directions is actually a teleportation technique as well as a technique to build your Light quotient and raise your overall frequency and vibration.
